About

Promoting cultural diversity in business

We invite professionals from various industries who are working in multicultural environment to spend time together and share experience, knowledge and ideas. Our speakers are encouraged to tell their stories about encountering cultural differences when working with colleagues, clients and business partners from different countries or industries.

Although the phrase "different cultures" usually provokes images of people from different nations, we have in mind uniqueness of each organization and specific industries as well. For example offices of two software companies in Bulgaria and India may look very similar to each other, while they would look very different from bank offices in their countries.

Why impossible markets

Failure to understand and adjust ourselves to the ways specific groups function limits our abilities to develop ourselves both as business and professionals.

On the other hand, if we are able to embrace the differences and recognize their value, the markets become possible, and we and our businesses grow.

That is why the word Impossible in our logo has two different colors, suggesting that if we remove Im the markets become possible.

Since the key of the effective communication and good relationships lies in understanding the others, accepting them as they are and finding joy in working together.

Whether we talk about markets of the goods, services or labour, they may look impossible for us if we don't know how to work with them.
